Greg Hess formed Keystone Restorations & Builders Inc. in June 2004. The company was founded on the business principles to present a complete, fair and reasonable estimate. We will provide a polite and timely response to both the home and business owners with a safeguarding of the Insurance Company’s interest.

Greg Hess, the construction manager has over twenty years of construction experiences having worked for Kinsley and Wagman construction companies. Learning from the ground up the proper building requirements and code issue awareness: Greg has also worked with the Insurance Industry for over eight years and is considered an expert on fire, storm and water restorations.

An innovative, effective communicator, negotiator, and leader; Greg has a commitment to achieve objectives and coordinate complex business details to complete projects and build strong client relationships.

Troy Smith has over fifteen years of experience working for the Insurance Industry as an adjustor and project manager. Troy also operated a successful claims adjusting company Troy R. Smith Adjusting, Inc. Troy has worked for Restoration Companies, which provided him with knowledge of both sides of the Restoration/Insurance business.

Laurie Hess joined Keystone July 2007. She has many years of banking and accounts payable experience working for York Federal Saving and Loan for over 15 years and The Wolf Organization for over 5 years. Laurie has provided all her office knowledge to managing the office. Laurie has also been handling all the receivables and payables for Keystone. She also manages our in house flooring division of Keystone Flooring and Designs, LLC.

This combination of work experience and knowledge of the insurance and construction business has propelled Keystone Restorations to the forefront of the Restorations business. The company is considered the “go to” company in York, Adams, Lancaster and Dauphin counties.
